TV & Movie Cars Scotland are always looking for quality classic and modern prestige and sports vehicles to promote to our many customers.
In addition to cars, we also require classic coaches, buses, lorry’s, trucks and other commercial vehicles, emergency vehicles including classic and modern police vehicles, fire engines, ambulances, incident response vehicles.
If you would like us to consider your vehicle for our website, please complete the Vehicle Data Specification questionnaire and upload some images.
This should take between 5 and 10 minutes depending on what images you have at hand.
Please ensure that all images are submitted in landscape form and are of 4mp to 8mp resolution.
Portrait images may be able to be used but will require to be cropped which will result in loss of detail and quality.
We are unable to list all vehicles so please do not be offended if we cannot list yours.

Image Upload: In order to promote your vehicle effectively, we request you take a bit of time with your images. We suggest, where possible, to take photographs with an interesting background.
Your car at the side of the road with you neighbours wheelie bins, and two builders walking by eating a McDonalds isn’t really going to do your vehicle justice.
The shots we recommend are:
Submitted in landscape form and are of 4mp to 8mp resolution. We may be able to use portrait format images but will require editing to suit and will result in loss of detail and quality.

On-Location: You may have images taken of your vehicle when on-location. This doesn’t necessarily mean ‘on-set’ or at a wedding. Shots with The Forth Bridges, The Kelpies, The Glasgow Science Centre etc. all make for great ‘on-location’ shots.
Why do we need such detailed information?
The reason we ask for these images is so that potential hire clients can see your vehicle from all angles as often the Art Directors on movie and TV productions have very specific ideas on what they are looking for.
The more images we have of your car, the more chance they will consider it rather than skip to another vehicle.
Over the past few years we have found that vehicles hired have been the ones that have had most images and a description or story about the vehicle and its history.
This may seem like a lot of detail to ask for but each listing takes us approximately an hour to prepare and each enquiry can take anything from 30 minutes to many days to process. As we do not charge for this service and rely on success booking commission to sustain our business, it is therefore vital that we effectively present and promote your vehicle to the best of our ability.

Please note that our normal area of service is within a 50 mile radius of Glasgow.
Beyond this, other locations can be covered but may involve additional transportation and accommodation costs.
Disclaimer
(Summary)
Whilst all our vehicles are maintained to a very high standard, most of our vehicles are classics and, whilst we have never had a breakdown on a production or event, this is a possibility. If this does happen and we are unable to provide the requested or alternative vehicle, a refund of booking fees paid will be given.
We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs as a direct or indirect result of any breakdown, failure to deliver or other issue arising and we accept no liability for any costs beyond that invoiced.
Overdue accounts will be subject to an administration charge of 5% of amount outstanding per month or £15 per month, whichever the greater. Reminder letters will be charged at £15. At our discretion, any discounted prices may revert to normal retail price in the event of late payment.
Any and all amounts owed to The Company are deemed to be accepted as personally guaranteed by any or all directors, partners or other agents of liable company.
Accounts remaining unpaid will be passed to an agency for collection. All additional charges incurred will be added to your account for collection. The Company reserve the right to refer late or problem payers to credit reference agencies.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure complete satisfaction, we cannot be held responsible for:
a) Late delivery of vehicle due to factors out with our control. b) Failure of vehicle owners to provide the service level expected or advertised. c) Actions of parties out with our control. d) Failure of agents or suppliers to deliver, maintain or supply contracted services.
In the case of vehicle not arriving on the day or not being up to the advertised standard a full refund may be given.
Any complaints or queries must be notified in writing within seven days of supplied services.
The Company trading as TV & Movie Action Vehicles and The Glasgow Bus act as a booking agency for owners vehicles and cannot be held responsible for unpaid booking fees or other expenses payable by trade and agency users. The Company cannot be held liable for any damages to vehicles supplied as this liability is accepted by the end hirer or agency.
